Yes. Devoted Care Services, LLC. prepares an individualized and completely confidential Care Plan for each client. Family members, the client, and all agree on the Plan before services can begin. Once agreed upon, the care coordinator recommends the best caregiver for the client and establishes a schedule for monitoring and communication.
At least every six months the client’s Care Plan is reviewed with the client and family, more frequently as needed. The review is an important part of the client’s care program because it ensures the client is receiving the appropriate level of care and is satisfied with the care provided.

Should your caregiver be unavailable due to sickness or vacation, Devoted Care Services, LLC. has a contingency plan in place to ensure uninterrupted care for your loved one. With a dedicated team of caregivers at our disposal, we can quickly arrange for a substitute caregiver to step in and provide the necessary support. Our care coordinator will handle all the logistics and will communicate with you in advance to ensure a seamless transition. Rest assured, your loved one’s wellbeing remains our top priority, and we’re committed to maintaining the consistency and quality of care they deserve.

Our minimum is at least 8 hours a day and 3 times a week. But, we will find a way to accommodate your schedule. We are flexible so we can meet your home care needs.
