Q. Can all caregivers see my care information?

A. Only caregivers that have a scheduled visit with you, can see your care information. They will be able to view which tasks need to be done during their shift and use their mobile devices to check them off as complete/incomplete in addition to taking any other notes about the shift.

Q. What is the bulletin board?

A. The bulletin board is a feature that allows us to post messages for you and your family to see on your portal. These messages may include office announcements, holiday messages, non-urgent updates, etc.

Q. What if I have a question/request about my schedule?

A. If you have a question about your schedule, your caregiver, or care information please contact the office using either the Contact Us feature on your portal or give the office a call using the number provided – we always look forward to hearing from you!

Q. Are having trouble accessing my portal?

A. If you are having issues accessing your family portal, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature on the login screen. If you are still having issues with your login information or don’t have a login yet, please contact the office and we will reset/create your login.

Q. Has the company been responsive, informative, and professional?

A. We are available 24/7 as a professional resource for you and your family.

Q. Are the caregivers screened, bonded, and insured?

A. We hire only 1 in every 25 applicants and conduct extensive screening and background check.

Q. Does the company employ its caregivers and take care of taxes, withholding and workers compensation?

A. All of our caregivers are employees, We (not you) pay taxes, worker compensation and comply with all federal and state regulations.

Q. Does the company conduct any caregiver training such as the Balance Care Method?

A. Our caregivers trained and are well educated to attend the needs of the clients accordingly.

Q. Does the company guarantee a personality match and offer caregiver interviews?

A. We ensure a personality match and will not change your caregiver as long as you are satisfied

Q. Does the company offer a back-up caregiver in case of emergency?

A. We have an extensive roster of trained employees available for all our clients needs

Q. Is the case manager available on-call 24/7, including night and weekends?

A. We are available 24/7 for our clients needs including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Q. Does the company perform regular quality assurance visits, client satisfaction reviews and caregiver evaluations?

A. We conduct regular quality assurance visits along with other tools to ensure client satisfaction.

Q. Does the company offer a satisfaction guarantee without any long-term contracts or commitments?

A. we require no long-term contracts so you can use our services as long as you need them.
